This web site is developed as part of an ongoing project, entitled Turkey-Japan Dialogue on Global Affairs. This website is the gateway to the project’s ongoing activities. Moreover, it also features the academic output (books, reports, videos) from the previous years’ activities and as well as other references pertaining to Turkey-Japan relations.

This annual project, supported by the Japanese government, has provided an important platform for academics and strategic thinkers from the two countries to discuss issues of common concern from regional and global perspectives. Each year, the project focused on different themes to facilitate exchange between the best strategic thinking on world affairs in Ankara and Tokyo in order to help Japanese and Turkish experts and policymakers to refine their own policies by sharing regional experiences through interaction with each other, and lay the foundation for the discovery of possible avenues of cooperation between the two countries.
